Hello

My name is Kristian Podmore or K.P

It’s such a personal experience when selecting someone to help you train….how can you trust
someone over the internet with your personal details, when you don’t know who they are?
Because it’s such a minefield, I want you to know a bit about me and my situation so that trust can
be built between us from the start.
After I finished college in my late teens, I entered the motor trade as a mechanic. I enjoyed it at
first, but slowly started to get fed up. This led to spending a little too much money on enjoying
myself outside of work – and once I’d realised this, I knew I had to find a way of getting back on an
even keel. I found myself stuck in 2 jobs, working 10-12 hours a day, miserable, with a terrible work
life balance and no signs of a way out. Having no free time meant that the gym was cut from my life,
even though it was the one thing that I enjoyed, and a diet of take-away’s seemed the easiest way to
eat. This resulted in a massive weight gain. Over the next few years, once I’d dug myself out of that
financial hole, I knew that my health also needed to start taking priority and I needed to re-assess
my goals. I went back to the gym, brought myself a bike, started cooking meals from scratch and
then grabbed the bull by the horns, and qualified as a personal trainer! I am now (10 years later) on
my way to achieving the life plans that I have made.
I know what it takes to get motivated, and my aim with K.PP.T, is to help you on your way to a
healthier and fitter lifestyle. You CAN hit those targets that you have set for yourself (without having
to take the ultra-long route like me!)
